Softball Pitching Instruction

Our softball pitching instruction is done by former RV High School & Rider University pitcher Danielle Lake.

Lake played at Rancocas Valley Regional High School from 1992-1996.  She was named the the team MVP each of her last two seasons in high school.  There she played 2nd base when she was not pitching.  While there, she also helped the team win the Group III state championship in 1994.  In addition she was awarded as a First Team All-South Jersey Selection.

After graduating RV High School, Danielle went on to pursue her career on a full scholarship at Rider University.   She immediately started on the mound her freshmen year and quickly became one of their top pitchers her sophomore year.   Lake helped the team win their first NCAA Softball Championship in 1997.  While at Rider University, she later went on to be a member on the MAAC All-Academic Team.   Danielle graduated with a degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Marine Ecology.
