Jersey State Bombers
Bombers Baseball is new to the area. In 2011, we are looking to have two teams for 12U and two teams for 10U, this depends on our coaches and players. Coaches in our program are either retired professionals or recent division 1 college players. This is not daddy baseball. Players will earn their spots on the team as well as playing time. Each player will be evaluated by 3-4 of our coaches. All of the evaluators will have to agree who makes the team. If for some reason a player does not make the team, we encourage them to train one on one to help improve their skills and try out the following year.
We intend on fielding competitive teams. We want motivated players who love baseball and want to improve. While our goal is to win the games we play, we will not stress winning at all costs. We want each and every player to improve, get their work in and be part of a good team. We are confident that each player will be a better baseball player after the conclusion of each season. Our staff feels that you can work hard and have fun at the same time. If you and your son are looking for a program where they will improve, get a lot of work in and have fun while doing it, then this is the program for you. Remember, development is what matters now, stats don’t matter until high school.
